Best in town!
Highly knowledgable and competent. The owner, Marie, is the best in the business, as well as the hardest working. Her honesty, integrity, competence (and friendliness!) will always leave you feeling you got the best. Plus, you will look fabulous! I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else.

One Great Place!!
My whole family gets their hair done here....my mother even flies in from out of town!!! Now THAT says something great. The people are friendly, helpful and willing to please. I highly recommend Geometrics as your choice for hair care!!!!

I always get a great hair cut when I go to Geometrics. I have been a loyal client of Marie's for the last 20 years. I always get compliments on my haircut and I recommend Geometrics to all my friends. I would give them 5 stars for the service and professionalism that they exhibit. I have been going to Geometrics Salon for 13 years and I keep coming back because I always get beautiful, natural, not streaky color and a fantastic cut. I have had my hair,nails and waxing done there and have had great service from every stylist every time. They are high class.

Marie has been cutting my hair for nearly 25 years and she is the best, an artist and professional. There have been times when I have strayed and tried other salons that are "all the rage" but it doesn't take long for me to go running back to Geometrics. The salon is cozy and welcoming. The staff are warm and friendly. I travel quite a bit and I am often asked, "Who cuts your hair?" and I am pleased to tell them that it is Marie, at Geometrics, in Alexandria, Virginia -- just minutes from Washington National Airport and worth the trip. Would you like to be pampered, unhurried, and made to look fabulous? Then I would highly recommend making an appointment with Marie. As soon as you arrive at Geometrics, Marie and her team are working hard to give you a very special experience. Marie is particularly gifted in hair coloring, and my hair has never looked better. It's fun to go to dinner with friends afterwards just to hear their compliments.

I have been going to Geometrics Hair Design for a number of years. My hair stylist has cut both my hair and my children's hair. They listen to what you say and do an excellent job every time I have been. They are fabulous with color and your hair looks natural and not dyed! I have had many, many compliments from both friends and stranger when out and about. Many of them have started coming to this salon. Everyone is very friendly. We are like a big family! Ks

Marie and her staff at Geometrics provide an environment that is welcoming and relaxing. Their commitment to their clients will be obvious as soon as you step through the door! Everyone is greeted by name, coming and going. You are made to feel that your business is important to Geometrics, and appreciated. When it comes to hair color Marie is a magician. I've been "enhancing" my hair color for years, and no one has caught on! I love the head massages that are a part of getting your hair washed, and have almost dozed off a few times I'm so relaxed. This is a great salon for color and haircut!

Two Decades and Very Happy

It's true, Marie has been doing my hair for a little more than twenty years. During that time, I even lived in Germany for awhile and still only trusted my hair to Marie. Now I live in Old Town and lucky for me Geometrics is still my salon of choise. My experience there is always pleasant -- beginning with a warm welcome, the expert hair treatment, a facial or manicure and a hug from Marie when I leave. I recommend Geometrics to everyone as I already have to my family and friends. My sister and nieces are now also loyal customers. Thanks, Marie. You are wonderfu.

I love this hair salon. Everyone is so nice. Some hair salons I've been to are so intimidating and stuffy, not Geometrics. My stylist really takes the time to make me feel comfortable and really listens to what I want. I know that I will be happy with my haircut when I leave. When I start going grey, I will definitely trust Geometrics to color my hair.

What can I say about Geometrics.........they are FIERCE. I have been going to Geometrics for about 8 years now and I never been disappointed. They are very professional and very friendly. I been with all the stylist at Geometrics and they are all fabulous. They come up with just the right hair color to fit my personality and professional life. They also take the time to cut my hair with precise sectioning. I love Dede who does my manicures and Nora who does my facials. I truly recommend Geometrics!!!

Where do I start...? GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT SERVICE, welcoming, inviting, comfortable. That's Geometrics! I trust the stylists to take care of me and keep me looking good. I've never been disappointed and neither will you. I always look forward to a trip to Geometrics!

I've been going to Geometrics since 1990. Before I found them I wandered all over the area trying to find someone to give my straight, blonde hair a precision cut. Every cut has been perfect. I even have people stop me on the street to ask where I get my hair cut! Consequently, several friends have begun going to Geometrics & they're all happy to find such a great design shop. See you there!

I enjoy all my visits to Geometrics Hair Design. Whether I'm having a haircut or my nails done, I feel so pampered. Everyone is so friendly and talented. I highly recommend this hair salon for all your salon needs. I prefer to have my hair and nails done during the week when it is not as busy. Saturday's seem to be the busiest day in most hair salons. I like to have the salon more to myself.

Absolutely the best! I have been going to Geometrics for over 25 years and would never go anywhere else. They have been there for me for many stages of my life, since high school, college, even on my wedding day! There was a time I lived in Stafford and would travel all the way to Alexandria. It's always worth the trip. I never have to worry whether my color or my hair cut will be right, I just know. I would highly recommend this hair salon for all your beauty services. I have had it all (nails, waxing, facials, stress relief treatments, hair, and hair color) and have always been satisfied. Thank you Geometrics.

I have been going to Geometrics to get my hair highlighted for approximately 25 years. I travel over an hour one way because it is worth it. I have tried other salons located closer to me but always go back to Geometrics. The highlights can't be beat, the service can't be beat and the staff can't be beat! I will not go anywhere else to have my hair done.

I have been going to Geometrics for about 15 years. I take advantage of all their services on a regular basis. I go to Nora monthly for my facial, and I go to Dee-Dee monthly to get my eyelashes tinted. Both of these ladies are great!
I also go to Marie every month for a cut and color. Marie is by far the best in the business! Friends tell me all the time that my hair color looks so natural. And, even other hairdressers have said this. When I was traveling around the country for 2 years for work, I would get my hair washed and styled for the evening opening gala in each city. One of those times, the hairdresser asked me if my hair color was natural. I told her that it was not and that I had it done monthly. She told me to keep going to whoever it was that was doing it, because that person was a true color expert. She said she had never seen a better color job. She was right. Even during those 2 years of travel, I would go home once a month to get my hair cut and colored by Marie. She is the best!
I can’t recommend Geometrics highly enough. Everyone there is professional and friendly and the best at what they do.
